GAMP 2011

Heyho folks!

sorry for it's been a while since i posted anything. I don't have any material to post, so...pardon the laziness ;w;

anyway, last Saturday (22/10), I had gone to GAMP events at International Medical University (IMU). It's quite sometimes since i've been to any events, hence, this event made me doki doki~ lol
and not to mention, it's Hetalia Day folks!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited that many Hetalia plans came into my mind >w<
but finally, due to time and budget constraint, i've chosen to go with Gakuen Hetalia. It's easy and all moe. Imagine me being moe...*vomits blood* and yes, i managed to drag my two friends along to play with me..lolol~

and so, i cosplayed as Seychelles-chan. MOE FTW!!!! seriously, being a moe was pain in the arse! you gotta sit..umm...just see the pictures...

About the costume: Yeah, i hand-sewn this skirt from scratch! Seriously hate hand sewing because the needles kept sticking to my finger, not to mention, it took a longer time TAT I also made the other skirt for my friend, while the last one made by its particular cosplayer. haha~
And i got trouble in getting the pleating right. It might seems easy, doing a skirt, but it took the hell outta me! and the amount of fabrics it consumed...i definitely won't want to do skirt if i were given a choice =.=

ah, yes, about the event...

Well, there's not many people or cosplayers around. I dunno why... But there were quite a number of Hetalia cosplayers! Ah~ I'm glad there's many people growing to love Hetalia~<3
Anyway, i found Siew Li as Nyotalia Russia 2P version. We've been chatting through facebook a lot, so this meeting kinda excites us to the max...lol~ She's really adorable as Russia~
I also managed to meet many friends throughout the event, and I was really really happy! They are all nice people ;w;b

Cosplay Animal

Doesn't sound right, isn't it?

Well, it's not literally cosplay as an animal. It's a manga by Sakou Watari. It's about a girl named Rika. She is 19 and loves cosplaying, especially wearing high-school uniforms. On an online dating site, she meets a high school student, Hajime Yuou. He turns out to Rika's ideal guy and she meets him, pretending to be a high-school student.

I tell you, this Rika girl is a real pervert, unlike most of shoujo's chara out there. A plus for us fujoshi gal..lol. But that's countered by the smexy Yuou. You'll seriously nosebleed everytime you're with him, if you're his kanojo. =////=

And this Itou Arata guy, who happened to be Yuou's best friend knew all about their relationship, and fell in love with Rika unintentionally (trust me). Is hearing a girl's horny voice make you this raburabu and doki doki? Well, I pity Arata, nonetheless, because he had to fight for Rika with his best friend. Sounds cliche? Better go read it, and then judge. My story won't get you anywhere...=w=b

Anyway, astounded by the bishies, I coincidentally added him to my unplanned cosplay shoots *dodge shoes*. IKR?! I always tempted to do one to another plan...OTL. No biggies, really. These guys just wear a random a gakuran jacket and white shirts. Not really hard there, isn't it? I'm effortless bastrad again...OTL

So I had this nerve to drag my dear housemate, Shirly into doing the low-cost, unplanned, super random shoots of Arata and Yuou with me...lmao! I only seen her once in boy's makeup and not quite impressed. somehow, today she put this fierce makeup style and I went, "wahlao, why you looked so fierce?"
I taught her to make this Yuou's sexy-and-naughty face, but to no avail...lol. I think I should be Yuou in anyway. My eyes are bigger, I prone to make naughty face rather than sulking and frowning, and i obviously taller than her. I forgot to check whether Arata or Yuou is higher. Too bad it's Yuou...-.-

Seriously we had fun camwhoring around, putting makeup and being gheeey for the most of the time. lolol~ it phailed however...haha!

yeah, I know! He's summer costume can be bought at store but I find it hard to search the wrist straps and the plaid pants! That's why it's been procrastinated till today...*epic cries* At last, like what I posted a few days ago, I only can find almost the same pattern as the straps. orz. and the pants...i used my cousin green pants without plaid pattern. omgthisisembarrassing. Well, it did appears in the anime, but i still thought that plaid pants is the perfect one.

And crap! The place was full of mosquitos that they appeared in one of the pics (which I quickly removed em >A<). And i forgot to bring something sweet! TAT

Yes, since i don't have anything to babble here, i'll update on my current project wip. I already posted my look on Syo's makeup and shirt+hat.

Today, I went to mall and bought the accessories for his character. And damn, I gotta say that it's really hard to find the bangles and punkish strap because my place is kinda far away from KL or any other big city. OTL. And damn for the 2nd time, i couldn't get the exact copy of the design. Hence, i bought the straps/bangles as close as possible I could get.

ah, and also the Elianto Twilight Zone Nail Polish and Nail Polish Remover. this is my 2nd time i'll be wearing nail polish, so i'm not quite good with it =( there's also pearl piercing actually, but i dropped it somewhere in the car. will be looking for it tomorrow >.<

see how bad it is? and so i have to search for video tutorial on nail polishing. wtheck? lol. my nails now look like Ango Shima (Zone-00) haha! *stares at the ugly fat hand*

Now, they're only left the ribbon on the hat, the logo and the props. I'm thinking of printing out some random music sheets? and some sweet stuffs maybe? Syo is shota, so shota image that came to my mind are candies, pout, moe and uke

I love his voice very much!!! He got this boyish and high-pitch voice that can be considered as eargasm...lol.
Of respect and liking, I wanted to cosplay him badly! I mean, very bad! There's a few version of him, but I wanted to do the Color version, which looked so awesome!

Here's a bit progress on the costume. seriously, it's messy like hell!!! I modified it from my Mom's uniform~ XD

Anyway, since the costume is still under destruction construction, I decided to go with Select Me Gakuran version. I really really love my self-made gakuran. It fit me perfectly and the fabric is really nice. But, i only take a few pictures and only two of them were great (in my pov).

The weather is not good so it affected the lighting, since i don't owned any reflector or super awesome gadgets. So, editting is the only skill i can relied on >w<

Spain Seifuku photoshoot

Well, just a moment ago, i did a photoshoot with my sister as the photogs, and now I'm posting them XDD Imma fast editor...lolol~

Did you saw my last post? Well, the costume was finally attached to my body after delaying for so long... I've been dying to Spain since I saw him in Hetalia. He's so funny and cute~ I wanner do a lot version of him such as the police uniform in ArteStella (official Hetalia artbook), the kid version and Nyotalia Spain. Yes! They all seems pretty interesting to me. I'll most probably do Nyotalia version this October~ Please wait for my post dearest!!!

This was kinda rushed photoshoot because I didn't have many props to play with and the sun was scorching my eyes like mad. So I had to drop the thought of posing more...lol. Anyway, the shoot supposed to be shot at the beach, since it's sailor! But my family don't planned for beach since it's fasting month, so I guess using lake as background wouldn't hurt, would it?^^
